Over the years that posture — diagnose first, fix only what's broken, stay until the job's right — built the practice into a small operation with a reputation that travels. Teaching continuing education came out of the same instinct. Other operators in the region asked questions. Some sat in on installs. Jason started offering structured sessions because the regulator-mandated annual hours don't have to be a slog — they can actually move the trade forward.

Every course is taught from current jobs. When the curriculum says "aerobic chlorinator maintenance," the demonstration unit is one Jason serviced last week. When it says "soil profile evaluation," students walk a real test pit on a Matagorda County site. The classroom is the office; the field is the textbook.
