Jason teaches the same way he runs a service call.

Owner of Sure'Nuff Septic Services & Designs LLC, Jason has spent his career installing, maintaining, and diagnosing on-site sewage systems across Matagorda County. The same posture that earned Sure'Nuff its reputation — honest about what's actually needed, follow-through that goes beyond the invoice — is how he teaches.

The long version

A working installer who decided other operators deserved real teaching.

Sure'Nuff Septic Services & Designs started for a simple reason: Bay City and the surrounding county needed someone who would tell homeowners the truth about their septic systems. Not the upsell. Not the worst-case quote. The truth.

Over the years that posture — diagnose first, fix only what's broken, stay until the job's right — built the practice into a small operation with a reputation that travels. One customer put it this way: "He could have said it needed a cleanout and charged me but he was honest about everything. The job was done and they checked to make sure it worked."

Teaching continuing education came out of the same instinct. Other operators in the region asked questions. Some sat in on installs. Jason started offering structured sessions because the regulator-mandated annual hours don't have to be a slog — they can actually move the trade forward.

Every course is taught from current jobs. When the curriculum says "aerobic chlorinator maintenance," the demonstration unit is one Jason serviced last week. When it says "soil profile evaluation," students walk a real test pit on a Matagorda County site. The classroom is the office; the field is the textbook.

"Thank you so much for staying and helping my family out. You didn't have to but you stayed. Your support has been nothing short of incredible — answering questions and being flexible with your time."

In the classroom

What you can expect from a session with Jason.

01

Honest framing of what's on the renewal form.

Hours are hours. The class meets the requirement honestly, without padding or busywork — and tells you what TCEQ actually expects to see when you renew.

02

Real jobs, not slide decks.

Walk-throughs of active systems. Soil pits dug for the class. Failed components on the table for diagnosis. The curriculum is rooted in this week's calls.

03

Phone line stays open after class.

If a question comes up on your jobsite two weeks later, call. Continuing education that ends at 5 PM on a Saturday isn't continuing — it's a transaction. This isn't.
